This standard specifies a method for the determination of nickel content in lead and lead alloys, applicable to the determination range of 0.0001% to 0.01% nickel content. After the sample is dissolved in nitric acid and the lead is separated by precipitation of lead sulfate, the Absorbance of nickel is measured at a wavelength of 232.0 nm using the Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (FAAS), and the nickel content is calculated by the standard Linear dispersion method. The standard provides detailed operation procedures for reagent preparation, instrument use and analytical methods to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement.
