This standard specifies methods for the determination of nickel content in tungsten powder, tungsten bar, tungsten carbide, tungsten trioxide, tungstic acid, blue tungsten, purple tungsten, ammonium paratungstate and ammonium metatungstate. It is suitable for samples with nickel content in the range of 0.0004% to 0.050%.
