GB/T 20975.17-2008 Determination of strontium content in aluminum and aluminum alloys by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). This standard first treats aluminum and aluminum alloy samples to dissolve strontium. Using a Flame atomization device, strontium atomization and Light spectrum measurement of its absorption of specific wavelengths of light (Absorbance). According to the pre-established strontium element standard Linear dispersion, the strontium content is calculated by Absorbance. From sample preparation, instrument calibration, to measurement operation and data processing, all aspects are strictly standardized, providing a key means for mass detection of aluminum and aluminum alloy products, which is conducive to controlling the strontium content in products and ensuring product performance.
