      GB/T 223.64-2008 Determination of manganese content in steel and alloys by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). The steel and alloy samples are first processed to convert the manganese element into a solution state. The manganese atomization is made using the Flame atomization device, and the absorption degree of manganese atoms to specific wavelengths of light is measured by the light spectrum instrument, that is, Absorbance. According to the pre-drawn manganese standard Linear dispersion, the manganese content is accurately calculated by Absorbance. The standard strictly regulates Sample Handling, instrument operation, measurement environment and data processing, providing key technologies for mass testing of steel and alloy products, which helps to accurately control product performance.
