GB/T 20255.4-2006 Determination of cobalt, iron, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, titanium and vanadium in cemented carbide by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). The standard details the pretreatment steps of the sample to transfer the target elements in the cemented carbide to the solution. The element atomization is carried out by using a Flame atomization device, and the absorption degree of each element atom to a specific wavelength of light is measured by a light spectrum instrument (Absorbance), and the content is calculated according to the corresponding standard Linear dispersion. The standard provides precise means for the analysis of cemented carbide composition, helps quality control and performance optimization, and plays a key role in the production, research and development of cemented carbide and related application fields.
