      GB/T 17062-1997 stipulates the determination method of tin and its inorganic compounds in the air of the workshop. Using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) method, tin and its inorganic compounds in the air are first collected on a microporous filter membrane, and the tin element is digested to enter the solution. Then with the help of Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (FAAS), the Absorbance of tin is measured at a specific wavelength to calculate its content. This standard provides scientific means for detecting the air mass of the workshop and preventing the harm of tin pollution. It is suitable for the detection of the workshop environment involving the production and use of tin and its inorganic compounds. It was later abolished.
