GB/T 17507-2008 standard specifies the technical requirements and detection methods for the analysis of biological thin master standard by Transmission Electron Microscope (EM) (TEM) combined with X-ray energy spectrometer. The standard is applicable to the analysis of the elemental composition in the biological thin master standard, and specifies the chemical composition, physical properties, radiation resistance and pollution resistance of the master standard. By comparing with the analytical sample, the concentration of elements in the sample is determined. The standard provides a reference for the standardized detection of biological materials to ensure the accuracy and conformity of the analytical results.
