      GB/T 14235.1-1993 For investment casting moulds, the melting point is determined by the chill down Linear dispersion method. It is suitable for all kinds of investment casting moulds. This method heats the moulds to melting, and then records the temperature change during the chill down process, and determines the melting point according to the chill down Linear dispersion turning point. The standard specifies the required instruments, such as heating devices, temperature measurement instruments, etc., to clarify the experimental operation steps, including sample preparation, heating rate, chill down environment control, etc. With this standard, the melting point of investment casting molds can be accurately determined, providing important reference data for mold material selection and casting process optimization, and helping to improve the mass of investment casting products.
