      The GB/T 24585-2009 standard specifies a method for the determination of phosphorus, manganese, chromium, copper, cobalt and silicon content in ferronickel using Inductance Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (AES) method (ICP-AES). The standard applies to the detection of these elements in ferronickel alloys. The method involves the analysis of the sample with nitric acid and muriatic acid, and the treatment of insoluble substances with hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid. Finally, the emission Light spectrum of the target element in the solution is measured by the ICP-AES instrument to determine its concentration.
