The detection limit of the method is 1 mg/kg to 10 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 5 mg/kg to 20 mg/kg. After ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation and nitrogen blowing of the sample, the detection and quantification are carried out by High Performance Liquid Chromatograph.
