This standard specifies the Optical inspection Measuring method for high-power LEDs (HP-LEDs), covering the determination of Optical inspection parameters such as luminosity, radiance and chroma. Applicable to laboratory measurement of HP-LEDs with junction temperature as reference temperature, including Optical inspection testing of visible HP-LEDs. The standard applies to DC-powered single-core, multi-core HP-LEDs such as high voltage LEDs (HV-LEDs) and substrate-type LEDs (COBLEDs). Not applicable to products such as AC-driven LEDs, Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs), LED modules, LED light engines, LED lamps and luminaires. Measuring methods ensure conformity and accuracy of Optical inspection parameters.
