This document describes the test method for static compression deformation of insoles, which is suitable for the determination of compression deformation of various microporous foamed insoles whose substrates are ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyurethane (PU) foam, etc. According to GB/T 2703 terms and definitions, compression deformation is the deformation of the specimen after being compressed by external force, and its performance is evaluated. The experiment requires a static compression tester, including indenter, manual labjack, test load, test platform and constant temperature and humidity functions to evaluate the performance of the insole.
