Applicable to the design, manufacture, testing, testing, operation, maintenance and overhaul of energy storage converters with electrochemistry batteries as energy storage carriers and AC port voltages of 35kV and below. A series of relevant standards are quoted, such as the standards for housing Protection level, power mass, etc., and the terms and definitions of DL/T 2528 are adopted.
