This document specifies technical requirements such as communication content, interfaces and protocols, and cyber security for electrochemistry energy storage battery management. It is applicable to many types of electrochemistry energy storage systems, including lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, flow batteries, and water electrolysis hydrogen production/fuel cells. The specification refers to a series of relevant standards, such as Modbus protocol, information security technical standards, etc. Terms and definitions refer to the DL/T 2528 standard. The general requirements include requirements for communication content, commonality and openness of interfaces and protocols, and requirements for cyber security. At the same time, the relevant equipment is required to have a unique device code.
