This document specifies the technical requirements for the classification and marking of nickel and nickel alloy tubes, test methods, inspection rules, signs, Encasement, transportation, storage and accompanying documents and order contents. It is suitable for the manufacture of nickel and nickel alloy seamless round tubes for corrosion resistance or Miscellaneous important parts in the chemical industry, instrumentation, electronic communications, electronics, electric power and other industrial sectors. A series of normative documents are quoted in the document, including tensile test of metal materials, hydraulic test of metal tubes, processing nickel and nickel alloy grades and chemical composition, numerical revision rules, nickel chemical analysis methods, etc. Terms and definitions are not defined in this document, but the grades, states and specifications of products are specified in the classification and marking part. Appendix A provides a comparison with the corresponding grades of relevant domestic and foreign standards.
