In the sample preparation process, the material pretreatment, injection molding and extrusion molding parameters are described in detail to ensure that the samples are uniform and up to standard. The performance measurement involves mechanical properties such as tensile strength and bending modulus, as well as thermal performance, electrical performance, etc., and stipulates corresponding test methods, instruments and operating procedures. With the help of this standard, the performance of POM materials can be accurately measured, providing key technical support for mass control of POM materials, product development and application scenario expansion.
