This document specifies the methodological principles, specimens, test conditions, test equipment, test procedures, calculation of results and test report for the post-impact compression performance test of fiber reinforced plastic laminates. It is applicable to the determination of post-impact compressive strength, post-impact effective compressive modulus and post-impact ultimate compressive strain of continuous fiber reinforced plastic laminates with balanced symmetrical layouts. Relevant standard documents are cited, terms and symbols are defined, and the methodological principles are explained, that is, after the specimen is impacted by a certain amount of energy, a compressive load is applied along the length until the specimen produces compression.
