(2) When the instrument is not connected to the power supply, the pointer of the ammeter must be on the "0' mark line. If this is not the case, it can be adjusted with the calibration medium on the ammeter.

(4) There are five stages of amplifier sensitivity, which increase gradually, and the "l" stage is the lowest. Use a low-sensitivity file, so that the controller will have higher stability. Therefore, when using it, it is generally set to "l' level, and it will be increased gradually when the sensitivity is not enough, but after changing the sensitivity, it is necessary to re-calibrate "0" and "100.%" according to (3).

(5) After preheating, press (3) to adjust "0" and "100.%" several times in a row, and the toilet can start measuring work.

(6) If the test wavelength is greatly changed, wait for a while after adjusting "0" and "100%" (the tungsten lamp needs a period of thermal equilibrium after a sharp change in temperature), and re-adjust 0" and "100%" when the pointer is stable. "100.%" will work.

(7) Open the cuvette dark box, put the cuvette containing the solution to be tested into the second compartment of the cuvette holder, and pull the pull rod out of the box cover by one compartment, at this time the solution to be tested is colorimetric Align the nL with the light path and record the reading.

Precautions

(1) After the instrument has been used continuously for two hours, it must be shut down for half an hour before being used again.

(2) Do not touch the light-transmitting surfaces at both ends of the cuvette with your hands. If the solution is clear, rinse it with distilled water, blot it dry with paper, and then wipe it with lens paper. Colorimetric [rrL] After use, it should be washed, dried and put back into the box.

(3) The adjustment of the "0" potentiometer of the beauty amplifier: put the fine adjustment W3 in the middle position, and then adjust the coarse adjustment W4 in the left side of the machine to "0" on the electric meter, usually only need to be on the panel Fine tuning is enough.

(4) Regarding the adjustment of the voltage range of the tungsten lamp: when W2 (i.e. "100%" potentiometer) is turned clockwise, adjust W (on the printed board inside the machine) so that the voltage of the tungsten lamp is about 11.5V. Yes (this adjustment, the instrument has been tested before leaving the factory, except for repairs, generally do not adjust w at will).

(5) The blank block can use air blank, distilled water blank or other colored solution or neutral matting film as a dark lining, and the blank can be adjusted at 100%, which can increase the extinction reading to adapt to the high content determination of the solution.

(6) According to the different content of the solution, select cuvettes with different optical path lengths, the purpose is to make the reading of the meter within the extinction value of 0.8.

Instrument maintenance

(1) In order to ensure the stable operation of the instrument, in places with large voltage fluctuations, it is recommended that each 220V power supply stabilizer has one (magnetic saturation type, or electric power stabilizer type).

(2) When the instrument is not working normally, such as no input, light source light does not turn on, and ammeter pointer does not move, first check whether the fuse is damaged, and then check the circuit.

(3) Dry the silica gel regularly.

(4) When the instrument stops working, the power supply must be cut off and the switch should be set to "off".

(5) Cover the entire instrument with a plastic cover when stopping work, and put a silicone bag inside the sheet to prevent moisture.

(6) After the instrument is moved, the accuracy of the wavelength should be checked again.
