5. Measurement of absorbance A: adjust the "00.0" and "100%" of the instrument according to step 2, set the selection switch to "A", adjust the absorbance zero adjustment knob, so that the number is displayed as ".000", and then the measured The sample moves into the light path, and the displayed value is the absorbance value of the sample to be measured.
6. Measurement of concentration C: select the switch from "A" to "C", put the sample with calibrated concentration into the optical path, adjust the concentration knob so that the number is displayed as the calibrated value, put the sample to be tested into the optical path, and then Read out the concentration value of the tested sample.
7. If the test wavelength is greatly changed, wait for a while after adjusting "0.00" and "100%" (due to the sharp change of light energy, the photoelectric cell responds slowly after receiving light, and it takes a period of light response balance time), when it is stable, Rescale "00.0" and "100%" to work.
8. The cuvettes matched with each instrument cannot be exchanged individually with the cuvettes on other instruments.
