Surfix® E Family series Surfix FN is a dual-purpose statistical precision coating thickness meter, with FN1.5 external fixed probe, the measurement range is 1~1500μm, which meets the measurement of most coating layers, with a measurement accuracy of ± (1μm+1% of the measured value) and a resolution of 0.1μm. With infrared interface for convenient data transmission, the host protection level is IP52.
