Introduction

The LD6182 electron microscope is a portable electron microscope imported from TQC of the Netherlands. It adopts a unique optical design combined with the advantages of a USB microscope digital camera to form a microscope with precision optical technology with LED lighting . LD6182 electron microscope has the characteristics of small size, easy to carry, cheap price and simple operation. The LD6182 electron microscope is directly connected to the PC and uses USB microscope software to quickly detect and observe things. This USB microscope is very suitable for analyzing coating failures, defects, pre-processing quality and other issues.

The LD6182 electron microscope comes with 8 integrated white LED lights with adjustable brightness to ensure clear vision without reflection. With a magnification of 20 to 200 times , the fine structure of the surface can be observed.

This LD6182 electron microscope is equipped with special software for editing and producing videos . Using this software, the length, width, height and radius angle of the measured sample radius can be determined.

How to operate

1. Connect the LD6182 USB microscope to the computer through the USB interface;

2. Put the CD into the computer’s CD player;

3. Install the electron microscope driver;

4. Install the microscope micro-acquisition software;

5. Start the micro-collection software;

6. Start using the microscope.

Precautions for use

•  Although the LD6182 electron microscope has a robust design, it is a precision-machined machine and cannot be dropped or knocked.

• Clean the electron microscope promptly after use.

• Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use wire brushes or corrosive paper to avoid permanent damage to the electron microscope.

• Do not use compressed air cleaner to clean the USB microscope.

•  The electron microscope LD6182 should be placed in the packaging box when not in use.

• Do not expose to bright light.

• Avoid use in extremely high or low temperature environments.

• Protect from moisture.

• Adjust any electronic components with the LD6182 electron microscope powered off.
