Using programmable device CPLD. High-speed processing, program-controlled amplification, stable and reliable. Test results such as strength, technical strength, elongation, etc. have built-in test methods for metals or non-metals such as GB/28-200, diversified report formats, and standard database management methods. The machine uses an AC servo speed regulating motor and a cross-link servo speed regulating system as the driving device. After being decelerated by the arc synchronous belt and arc synchronous pulley deceleration system , it drives the precision screw pair for loading. It has smooth transmission, low noise and high operating efficiency. And it has the characteristics of high precision, wide speed range, stability and reliability. It has multiple protection functions such as peak hold, automatic shutdown when specimen breaks, electrical overload, upper and lower mechanical limits, etc. Complete tensile, bending, compression, shear and other tests according to corresponding standards.
