Ideal for preparing samples for use with a Linear Drying Time Recorder, or for comparing different formulations simultaneously. Each Cube Film Applicator provides 2 film thicknesses.

Instructions

Place the template on the platform and secure it so that it does not move as the preparer slides over it. According to the required wet film thickness, select the preparer, place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position, then pour about 5ml of the sample on the front of the preparer, press its two ends with your fingers, Gliding at a constant speed per second, that is, coating into a wet film of required thickness. After use, wash and dry with solvent, and coat the surface with lubricating oil.
