RONGJIDA ZSY-24 Waterproof membrane impact test instrument, height (600 +/- 5) mm

Introduction

The impact Tester of waterproofing membrane is a professional testing instrument, which is suitable for impact puncture test of asphalt and polymer roofing waterproofing membrane. It is designed according to the national standard GB/T 328.24, 2007 "Test Methods for Building Waterproofing Membranes" Part 24: Impact Resistance of Asphalt and Polymer Waterproofing Membranes.

Test procedure

1. Cut 10 specimens of at least about 300mm from the edge of the width of the coil 100mm, and place the specimens for at least 24h under the specified conditions.

2. The test is carried out at (23±2) °C, and (-10±2) °C is used if necessary. For the following conditions, the specimen is frozen to (-10±2)°C. When the specimen is taken out of the freezer, it should be tested within 10 seconds at room temperature.

3. New test pieces and new polystyrene plates are used for each test. 4. The specimen is placed flat on the thermal insulation material, the upper surface is facing up, and pressed with a pressure ring, and the polystyrene plate is placed on the stainless steel plate of the concrete foundation.

5. When the drop hammer is released, it can fall freely from the position of (600±5) mm from the vertical height of the upper surface of the specimen.

6. The puncture tool should impact the center of the specimen under the pressure ring.

7. The test is carried out with a puncture tool with a diameter of 10mm, and when the specimen is punctured, a puncture tool with a larger diameter is used, and so on until the diameter of 40mm.

8. Check whether the specimen is broken down, coat the surface of the impact area with soap solution, and test every 5min-10min. A vacuum or pressurized pressure differential of 15 KPa is applied to the impact area, with the upper surface on the low pressure side. If no air bubble is observed after 60s, it is considered that there is no leakage and perforation of the specimen.

9. The diameter of the puncture tool is indicated for impact resistance, and at least 4 of the 5 specimens of the waterproof membrane have no leakage.
