Precautions

1. Before the machine test, the whole machine must be placed horizontally;

2. Before the test, adjust the speed to the minimum, let the machine run normally, and then adjust the speed to the test demand value;

3. The template needs to be clamped to prevent the test effect from being loosened.

maintenance matters

In order to maintain the clean appearance and mechanical life of the machine, please perform regular maintenance and cleaning according to the following recommendations:

1. The panel part can be cleaned with stain-removing oil.

2. The painted part can be cleaned with stain remover oil and pine perfume.

3. Please clean the fixture part frequently to ensure that the product can be effectively and powerfully clamped.

4. The internal transmission structure between the connecting rod and the connecting rod screw and between the two sliding rods and the linear bearing needs to be replaced with lubricating grease (industrial butter) after half a month of normal use. The original grease needs to be removed in advance.
