Introduction

Pneumatic vertical computer tensile meter is a special instrument for testing the performance of non-metallic materials such as paper and towel with high sensitivity and weak physical signal. At the same time, it has the advantages of large strokes, optional measuring ranges, and detachable/customized fixtures, and users can design their own experimental functions according to their needs.

The instrument adopts vertical and single-column structure, adopts pneumatic clamping structure, is equipped with foot switch, the sample is flat, easy to operate, reduces human error, and the distance between chucks can be adjusted within a certain range. It adopts foreign high-speed microprocessor chip, which has powerful data processing function, automatic reset, easy adjustment and stable performance. It adopts 7.0-inch, 65K color touch LCD screen display, which can display various data and tensile curves in real time.

The tensile time and load tension are displayed in real time during the test. After stretching a group of samples, the average value, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of each measurement parameter can be directly displayed and printed with the push of a button.
