Introduction

The film friction coefficient Tester MXS-05 is suitable for measuring the static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient of plastic film and sheet, and further strengthens the measurement of the slip of plastic film, especially for packaging film, by measuring the friction coefficient of plastic film, and the film friction coefficient meter is a necessary testing instrument for papermaking, film, packaging industry, quality inspection center and other departments.

Test principle

One of the two thin film materials involved in the test is spread flat on the test bench, and the other is fixed on a slider of a certain weight, and the two test surfaces are placed flat together, and the two surfaces are moved relative to each other under a certain contact pressure, and the required friction is recorded. The coefficient of friction value is to divide the measured force by the gravity of the slider.
