Precautions

1. The incision direction needs to be parallel or perpendicular to the corrugated direction, and the test sample must not be loose during the sample cutting process;

2. After each cut, pull the handle back to the position to be cut;

3. It is strictly forbidden to put your hands on the sample cutting position to prevent injury;

4. If the incision of the cut sample is seriously curled or skewed, the blade should be replaced. The blade used can be any commercially available blade of the same type (replacement method: loosen the screw on the knife holder assembly, remove the old blade, replace with a new blade, adjust the position and angle of the blade, and tighten the screw);

5. When not in use for a long time, the blade, guide post, etc. should be coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with dust;

6. A small amount of lubricating oil should always be added to the guide sleeve assembly and guide post.
