KW series glue coater is suitable for the surface coating of semiconductor silicon wafers, glass slides, wafers, substrates, ITO conductive glass and plate making. This product has the advantages of stable speed and quick start, and can ensure the consistency and uniformity of the glue thickness in the semiconductor material. It is usually used together with an oil-free Vacuum Pump.
KW-4C-I Coating Machine is equipped with a 4.3-inch true-color touch screen, which can be set up to 10 segments and 10 groups of data, and the acceleration is adjustable. It has a USB port to connect external keyboard, mouse, U disk and other equipment. It is small and can be put into the glove box. Wireless mouse and keyboard can be connected: the machine can be placed in the glove box, and customers can remotely operate the machine outside the glove box
