Advantages of OSP Manual Applicator

OSP has developed a new extrusion-type wire rod manual coater. The OSP wire rod manual coater uses a precision mold and uses cold extrusion processing technology to process concave and convex wavy curves on the surface of the steel rod, which has the same coating effect as the traditional wire rod manual coater. However, since there is no thin steel wire wound on its surface, there is no worry of the steel wire loosening or breaking. Moreover, the curve of its surface is lubricated and smooth, which is very easy to clean. The most commendable thing is that the OSP wire rod manual coater breaks through the limit of the traditional wire rod manual coater, and can coat a wet film with a thickness of only 2um, which solves the problem of ultra-thin film coating in one fell swoop.
