Introduction
The TR-108H COD rapid Detector is developed and designed based on the credible certification method - HJ/T399-2007 "Determination of Water Quality Chemical Oxygen Demand Rapid Digestion Spectrophotometry" standard, using a closed digestion tube for closed digestion, in a strong acidic solution , with a special oxidant containing a certain amount of potassium dichromate, digested at a constant temperature of 165°C under the action of a catalyst, so that the reducing substances in the water are oxidized, and the absorbance of Cr6+ and Cr3+ in the water sample is measured at different wavelengths, and the absorbance is used to calculate COD content in water.
