Applications

QCJ-II paint film impactor is designed and manufactured by citing GB/T1732-93 standard and referring to similar foreign products. It uses the weight of a heavy hammer to test the degree of damage to the paint film by the impact force generated by the free fall of the weight at different heights. Features are simple structure, convenient operation, safe and reliable, and convenient for testing in laboratories and construction sites.

Instructions

Put the side plate on the bottom plate of the impactor, loosen the two screws on the sleeve ring, and adjust to the required impact height (based on the lower edge of the sleeve ring). Hold the handle on the sleeve ring with your left hand and turn it to the right so that the openings of the three rings are aligned. Hold the handle of the weight with your right hand and lift the weight up so that the handle of the weight fits into the opening of the ring. Then turn the sleeve ring to the left to fix the weight. When impacting, turn the sleeve ring to the right, and the weight will impact the punch in a free-falling manner. Take down the test plate, record the height of the hammer drop, observe with a magnifying glass, and judge whether there are cracks and peeling off.

Note: Remember that there is no impact on the test plate to prevent the steel ball from falling off!
