Overview

MMP-100/200/200D/200L portable magnetic yoke flaw Detector, based on the traditional magnetic particle flaw Detector has been improved design, small size, light weight, safe and reliable, can be directly connected to AC power supply, can also be used with AC magnetized power supply and DC magnetized power supply, taking into account AC and DC flaw detection applications, to solve the disadvantages of traditional magnetic particle flaw Detector relying on 220V power supply. It is especially suitable for hull weld inspection, high-altitude structure weld inspection and pressure vessel internal operation. It is a professional precision instrument for magnetic particle flaw detection of various types of steel structures, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and ferromagnetic materials of various types of welded structures in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and other industries.

Instrument features:

• According to the magnetic interaction between the leakage magnetic field and the magnetic particle, the shape, location, size and severity of the defect can be intuitively displayed, and the nature of the defect can be determined.

• Three power supply modes can be freely selected: single AC power supply, AC magnetized power supply, DC magnetized power supply;

• The yoke spacing is adjustable to meet the detection needs of different customers and has a wide range of applications;

• Integrated design, compact structure, reasonable layout, small size, light weight, easy to carry;

• It is equipped with a special waist bag, which can carry magnetized power supply, magnetic suspension, and contrast agent, which is portable and efficient;

• The instrument meets the standard requirements of JB/T7411-2012 "Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector".
