Product Overview
MT-1XA digital portable rotating magnetic field flaw Detector is based on the principle of magnetic particle adsorption by leakage magnetic field, and the flaw detection is realized by observing the density of adsorbed magnetic particles. It comes standard with a cross-type yoke probe and a four-legged roller design for easy continuous multi-directional flaw detection, making flaw detection more labor-intensive. The large-capacity lithium battery pack is used to provide magnetized power for the instrument, which solves the disadvantages of the traditional magnetic particle flaw Detector relying on 220V power supply, low power consumption, high flaw detection efficiency, easy to use, and the battery can be charged online or offline. The built-in industrial high-definition camera can shoot and record the inspection results in real time, and output the actual defect schematic diagram through the PC to analyze the flaw detection results, which can make the quality control of the enterprise more traceable. It is widely used in non-destructive testing of welds, pipes, boilers and other workpieces, and is an innovative product of magnetic particle flaw detection.
Functional use
