KCT-IIIA Multifunctional Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector can be equipped with four types of A/E/D/O probes

KCT-III.A multifunctional magnetic particle flaw Detector is a magnetic particle flaw detection equipment with a variety of magnetization methods. The instrument adopts thyristor non-contact switch, which has low noise, long life, simple operation, convenience, strong adaptability and stable operation. It is a recently launched new product that offers all the advantages of a portable model, but also some of the advantages of a mobile model, expanded use, simplified operation, and demagnetization.

The device has four types of probes

 1. Rotating probe: (E type) can comprehensively display defects and scars on various welds, curved surfaces, planes, pipelines, boilers, spherical tanks and other pressure vessels of various welds and geometric shapes.

 2. Electromagnetic yoke probe: (D type) It is equipped with a live joint, which can detect flaws on flat and curved workpieces.

 3. Horseshoe probe: (type A) It can carry out local flaw detection on various fillet welds and the inner and outer corners of large workpieces.

 4. Magnetic ring: (O type) It can meet the flaw detection of all circumferential cracks that can be put into the workpiece, and it is very convenient to use it to detect the fatigue marks of the workpiece (fatigue cracks are hanging in the axial direction), and it can also be used to demagnetize the workpiece away from the method.

 In short, the instrument has the advantages of a variety of flaw Detectors, with a wide range of functions and applications, especially suitable for flaw detection of parts that are not allowed to be energized and arc and easily damaged surfaces.
