The AT515 is a precision DC resistance Tester for testing ultra-low or low shunt resistance, a miniature benchtop instrument controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor. The instrument has an accuracy of 0.01% and a resolution of 0.01μΩ, and a measurement range of 0.01μΩ~1GΩ. Superior repetitive measurement accuracy; The resistance value is displayed in 7 digits with 1,200,000 readings and a maximum sampling speed of 6ms. The instrument has a built-in temperature compensation interface to compensate for errors caused by temperature.
The instrument has a built-in 14-step comparator output that can be set to 10 qualifying levels, and all comparator results can be output via the Handler interface.
The instrument is equipped with RS-232 interface as standard, and uses SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instrument) to communicate with computers, PLCs or WINCE devices for effective remote control and data acquisition functions.
