TCJ-II Elastic Impact Tester

Steps

Place the sample under the punch and secure

Raise the punch to a preset height and drop it

Observe sample damage visually or with a magnifying glass

Adjust the drop weight and height of the impact Tester to get the exact failure point or set the pass/fail scale

The calculation formula of impact strength is as follows:

Drop height × punch weight = impact force
