Overview
LKNB(GN)-22016SX portable inverter magnetic particle flaw Detector is battery-powered, especially suitable for magnetic particle flaw detection of the internal structure of high-altitude work, boiler and pressure vessel, which saves the trouble of setting up AC power supply during work and improves the safety factor during work. And it is equipped with a special instrument package for operation, which can carry magnetic powder consumables, power supplies, etc., which is easy to use.
The instrument is equipped with a camera unit that allows video recording or taking pictures throughout the flaw detection process.
The instrument meets the standard requirements of JB/T 7411-2012 "Nondestructive Testing Instruments - Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Yoke Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector".

Instructions
1. AC flaw detection: connect the yoke probe directly to the AC power cord, insert it into the AC220V power supply hole, place the probe on the workpiece, spray magnetic powder or magnetic suspension on the inspected workpiece, and jog the probe switch to carry out AC flaw detection (Note: When AC flaw detection, the photo and video functions cannot be used).
2. Inverter flaw detection: connect the probe with the host with a connecting cable, press the power work switch, then place the probe on the workpiece, spray magnetic powder or magnetic suspension on the workpiece to be inspected, and when the inverter indicator light changes from red to green and flashes, you can jog the probe switch to carry out inverter flaw detection. (The effect of inverter flaw detection is the same as that of AC flaw detection)
3. Magnetization time, according to the working rhythm of 2~3 seconds for each work and 1~2 seconds for rest. The inrush current generated when energized is conducive to the movement of the magnetic particles in the suspension and the display of defects.
4. Switch between black and white light, please select a good light source according to the type of magnetic particle before flaw detection. The transfer switch is shown below:

USE OF MONITOR (SAMSUNG NOTE4 CUSTOMIZATION, EXCLUSIVE INDUSTRIAL JACKET, 5.7 LARGE SCREEN, HD DISPLAY)
1. The magnetic Detector is powered on, the instrument probe is connected, and the camera starts to work;
2. Monitor: set → WLAN, scan, select SSID as "LKNBxxxxxxxx" and connect, xxxxxxxx is the last eight digits of the production number, and the factory password is 12345678;

3. Monitor: Click: video WIFI software, if the WIFI connection is normal, there is a video display; As shown below:

The functions of the icons on the right are: "Take Photo", "Video Recording", "View", "Settings".
(1) "Take a photo" button to take a picture and save it to the monitor;
(2) The "Recording" button starts the "Yoke Recording" function, and saves it to the monitor, and then presses it again, then the recording will be stopped;
(3) Click "View" to enter the storage location of pictures and videos, and you can view the pictures and videos taken by you; As shown below:

(4) The "Settings" button can reset the SSID, password, picture resolution, etc. Changes are not recommended for users;
4. Note:
(1) Videos and photos are stored in: My Files → Device Storage → DCIM directory. Videos or photos can also be played back or deleted from this directory;
(2) If the background becomes black, the picture pauses or the following screen appears, please exit the video WIFI software, unplug the cable at one end of the instrument, wait for 5s to reconnect, and then repeat the steps of "3, monitor";

5. If the display is stuck, please clean up the monitor to release more running memory;
6. If the monitor freezes, please shut down and restart the monitor;
7. The video WIFI software is a pre-installed program, please do not uninstall it, otherwise it will be sent back for reinstallation.
