Overview
The inverter cross rotation magnetic field flaw Detector is a patented product of our company (patent number: ZL201320833246.8). This instrument does not need to be connected to an external AC power supply, and can generate a rotating magnetic field; And it is equipped with a special instrument package for operation, which can carry magnetic powder consumables, power supplies, etc., which is easy to use.
Luke Detection Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector LKXN-SX is composed of a magnetic probe and a rechargeable power supply, the magnetic probe is equipped with a lighting lamp, which is automatically lit when working. This instrument is divided into single white light (LKXN) type and black and white light dual-purpose (LKXN-UV) type to meet the needs of different users.

Instructions
1. Press the power display button to check the power supply; When the power supply is low, please charge it in time to ensure that the flaw detection work is carried out normally.
2. When the power supply is charging, when the charger indicator changes from red to green, the power level is displayed as full, indicating that the power supply is full.
3. Connect the charging power supply with the magnetic probe with a cable, and pay attention to the cable connection should be tightened to avoid water ingress into the instrument. Place the magnetic probe on the workpiece to be measured, press the magnetic probe magnetization button, the power supply working indicator light is lit, the magnetic probe probe is magnetized, and the working light is automatically lit, indicating that the connection is good, and the flaw detection work can be carried out.
4. The black-and-white dual-purpose (LKXN-UV) power supply is equipped with a black-and-white light conversion button to convert white light and black light according to needs.
5. After the work is completed, the power switch should be turned off and the power connection plug should be unplugged. Charge the battery in time to ensure that the battery is sufficient, and avoid affecting the work due to insufficient battery power.
★★★Note:
(1) When the power supply is too low, please use the special charger to charge in time, and the charging will end when the charger indicator turns from red to green.
(2) The probe needs to be connected before the instrument can be turned on normally.
(3) In the process of flaw detection, it should be avoided that the probe is powered on at no load, which is easy to cause damage to the equipment.
(4) Storage environment: the temperature is 20±5 °C, the Relative Humidity is ≤85%, and the power supply is kept at 50%-60% of the standard power during storage.
Use of monitors
1. The magnetic Detector is powered on, the instrument probe is connected, and the camera starts to work;
2. Monitor: set → WLAN, scan, select SSID as "LKXNxxxxxxxx" and connect, xxxxxxxxx is the last eight digits of the production number, and the factory password is 12345678;

Video WIFI software, if the WIFI connection is normal, there is a video display; As shown below:

The functions of the icons on the right are: "Take Photo", "Video Recording", "View", "Settings".
(1) "Take a photo" button to take a picture and save it to the monitor;
(2) The "Recording" button starts the "Yoke Recording" function, and saves it to the monitor, and then presses it again, then the recording will be stopped;
(3) Click "View" to enter the storage location of pictures and videos, and you can view the pictures and videos taken by you; As shown below:

(4) The "Settings" button can reset the SSID, password, picture resolution, etc. Changes are not recommended for users;
4. Note:
(1) Videos and photos are stored in: My Files → Device Storage → DCIM directory. Videos or photos can also be played back or deleted from this directory;
(2) If the background becomes black, the picture pauses or the following screen appears, please exit the video WIFI software, unplug the cable at one end of the instrument, wait for 5s to reconnect, and then repeat the steps of "3, monitor";
5. If the display is stuck, please clean up the monitor to release more running memory;
6. If the monitor freezes, please shut down and restart the monitor;
7. The video WIFI software is a pre-installed program, please do not uninstall it, otherwise it will be sent back for reinstallation
