LKGN-22016A high-energy magnetic particle flaw Detector is battery-powered, with AC and inverter functions, easy to operate; And it has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, small size, light weight and easy to carry. The instrument adopts LCD battery level indication, which is convenient for users to observe the battery level and charge it in time. This instrument is suitable for magnetic particle flaw detection of surface and near-surface defects of various steel structural parts, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and various types of welded structures in electric power, petroleum, chemical, machinery and other industries. Due to the use of battery power supply, it is especially suitable for magnetic particle flaw detection of the internal structure of high-altitude work, boiler and pressure vessel, which saves the trouble of setting up AC power supply during work and improves the safety factor during work.
The instrument meets the standard requirements of JB/T7411-94 "Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector".
