technical features
Under the standard regulations, it is expressed by the minimum shaft diameter that does not cause cracking of the paint film after the test panel is bent 180 degrees around the shaft within 1-3 seconds
Steps
In the first step, the paint is applied to a metal plate with a width of 35mm (1.38 inches) and a thickness of 0.3mm (12mil).
In the second step, the film is carefully applied and baked to ensure good reproducibility.
In the third step, during the test of the QTY-32 cylindrical bending Tester, bend the painted sample to 180 degrees evenly within 1-2 seconds.
The fourth step, starting from the largest radius cylinder axis, decreases the radius test until the coating can be seen to break.
