Before determination, the sample needs to be digested by potassium sulfate or nitric acid-perchloric acid to ensure that all phosphorus is converted into normal phosphoric acid salt. The minimum detection concentration of this method is 0.01 mg/L, and the upper limit of the determination is 0.6 mg/L. It is suitable for the determination of phosphorus content in environment monitoring and water quality analysis.
